“I am a 3rd year apprentice carpenter having started my apprenticeship with BRD Industries just over 2 years ago.
During this time I’ve worked on various commercial construction sites, including schools, hospitals, multilevel carparks and a leisure centre. I’ve learnt about the carpentry aspects of concreting being the form work and concreting in general including pouring and screeding. I’ve met and worked with people from all walks of life and there’s never a dull moment on site. BRD has been a great company to work for and I look forward to completing my apprenticeship and continuing my career there. ”

“I joined BRD early 2020 as a formwork carpenter with over twenty years experience.
Working at BRD has been very pleasant, the boys at the back work hard together and we form a great team. There is never been a dull moment, the work has been broad and very different from Job to job. I Have built pools, schools, auditoriums and commercial buildings in my career here. I am given many oppurtunities to do run many jobs here which I like.
