Maroondah Hospital Car Park

BRD was engaged by Hutchinson Builders to construct a 542 space multi-deck car park which was officially opened on Monday 28th of October 2019. The multi-deck car park will increase capacity across the hospital precinct. The new carpark which is affectionally known as Grey Street car park is a staff-only car park which will improve the availability of existing parking spaces to patients. The structure consisted of a Bondek on structural steel. BRD was engaged to supply and place concrete, reinforcement & lost metal formwork. It was a successful project and one we are thrilled to be a part of.
